Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have shared custody of my 2 sons..ages 16 and 19 ....w/ my x wife....she is bi-polar and lets just say there is always a problem...due to the divorce I am living w/ my folks...and in no position financially to get my own place...i get the kids on the weekend though....She has just kicked out the 16 yr old....threw him out of the house..says she doesn't love him, doesn't want to be a mother anymore...Left him on the curb out the home with a trashbag fillde w/ all his clothes...i.Can I file charges of abandonment on her ?

You should go to Probate court and seek a modification of the divorce. Clearly, the custody arrangement should be examined as well as the child support orders. You may be able to seek an immediate hearing on temporary orders.
