You should review Rule 45 of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure in its entirety, but I believe that a clerk of court, notary public, or other authorized person may issue a subpoena for the production of records. You may want to retain an attorney to assist you in your litigation. Good luck, and do not hesitate to contact our office for assistance. 617-357-4898.
