Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

I was hit by another car in accident. My insurance will not completely cover cost of replacing my car. Is there a time limit on applying to other party's insurance to be made whole for my loss?

You have a period of three years from the time of the accident to bring a personal injury suit against the negligent driver.

Statute of limitations is 3 years if this is a MA accident. There are exceptions, but that is the general rule. Suit has to be filed, not sure what you mean by "applying." Good luck. JBS
