My old landlord owes me 700.00 from a landlord tenant case in Detroit MI, and is filing chapter 7 bankruptcy in Elpaso Texas and is trying to have my debt dismissed. I can't afford to file a complaint for 250.00 on the courts website. What elese can I do?

Unless you think you can prove fraud was committed, there really isn't anything you can do, and it really isn't worth fighting over when you are only owed $700.
