Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan
liabilility
a person offered to remove junk from my property,he then hired a helper (over 18) to help in the removal. they were going to sell the junk for salvage. the assistant was injured (quite seriously, lost an eye,other facial damage) what is my personal liability?

It is possible that you have SIGNIFICANT liability. You might have some options though. You must IMMEDIATELY contact your insurance company and they will assign an attorney to assist you.
