Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Im divorced and want to move from the state.

I have been divorced for a year and my divorce states i must stay in this school district... both i and my 13yr son wish to move.. he has begged me repeatedly not to send him on vacation or visits... there are no job oppurtunities and the move will be finacially and physically better for both of us... can i have the decree modified so that my son and i can move from the state or a town in the state?

Yes, there is a specific statute that governs relocation and there are many cases where a parent has been allowed by the Cout to move with the child.
