Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

In beb. 2005 i hung up on our neighbor and every since he has been harrassing us. We went and filed for an exparte and of course he retaliated and filed against us. This guy does this all the time to people. We had to get a lawyer because he did and they dropped it all. This guy has cut our gas line on our car and break line on our truck. He has went to all of our old neighbors and told them all kinds of lies. We ended up having to move because we couldnt even go outside. We moved to another county and another town to get away from this man. Oh, i forgot to say that in june he was taking pictures of our son and greg asked him to stop and he said he didnt have to. That night 4 hours later he called the police and said that we were harrassing his 12 year old daughter and made up all kinds of lies. The police are tired of dealing with it. We went to court and couldnt afford an attorney because of our moving expenses and the judge issued an exparte for him for his daughter against greg and myself. Now he his coming to our working telling people that we work with that we are perverts and we abandoned our home and other things. We work for wal mart and our store manager wont ask him to leave because they know each other.
