Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
my stepdaughter brought a will she printed from the internet she had my husband sign it and took it home to fill out. how legal is this will it hold up in a court?

It is highly unlikely that such an instrument so completed with be legally valid, but an attorney would have to see the "Will" itself before rendering any advice. Why people waste their time and money trying to avoid paying a professional to do the job correctly is beyond me. Your stepdaughter may not learn until it is too late that her efforts have been in vain. If your husband wants to prepare a legally valid Last Will and Testament, he will be best advised to hire an attorney.
