My ex husband won the 2nd mortagae in the divorce. He is slow on paying it and has been late almost every month, My name is on the loan. what can i do?

You would need to file a Motion with the court asking that he refinance the second mortgage. If he cannot refinance the second mortgage, you would need the ask the court to require him to set up a payment directly from his paycheck or bank account so that the mortgage is paid automatically from either his paycheck or his bank monthly.
