If I move out of our house will I be forfiting any legal rights if we divorce later

No. As long as you and your spouse have phone numbers and contact information and the bills get paid in a fashion similar to your moving out, there should be no significant issue. Abandonment requires that you leave and your spouse does not know where you are or how to get in contact with you, and the bills stop being paid in the usual fashion.
