Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

In USA, in case of divorce if the house is in the name of the husband, After divorce who will take the house? Can the lawyer while doing the marriage specify that if divorce happened then property will not split so whatever property in the name of the husband will go for the husband and whatever property for the wife will go to the wife? Also if divorce happened then will they also split the bank accounts that are under the name of the husband?

It is possible to have the property go to the husband, if both parties agree to that. But I can not answer your question without a lot more information. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you.

There is NO COST to you for the telephone call, or for the first meeting at my office.

The exact details of your situation and things that you have not mentioned in your question can completely change the response I gave. You can not rely upon what I have written, because I do not have all of the information that I need to advise you, I only have the very small amount of information that you put into your question.
