Will a man get custody of his child if the mother is unemployed and lives at home with her parents?

I need a lot more information. There is nothing in the information given that, standing alone, would prevent the mother from having custody, but that certainly does not mean that the father won't. Please call my office at 732-663-1500 to discuss this matter further.

Not necessarily. Custody decisions are made utilizing the standard "best interests of the child". Far more information is needed before a determination can be made as to who would have primary custody.
