Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I injuried my wrist at work and tore a tendin.It is my dominant hand and job is labor intensive.I went out of work on workers comp and had surjury.Had therapy for 9 weeks and i am ceruntly back at work.I was adviced by a colleague that i should contact a lawyer and sue.How much should i exspect to recieve in a settlement in the state of nj?

From the information provided, it is impossible to determine whether a third-party other than your employer is at fault for your accident. If there is none, you may be limited to workers compensation, since generally you cannot sue your employer for negligence.
