I'm assuming that you've married a U.S. citizen. If so, you can file now, but you should meet and discuss with an immigration attorney to determine if you're eligible to file. Certain individuals are ineligible to adjust status in the U.S.

If you'd like to discuss your case, please feel free to contact me.

It depends on HOW did you come to USA? Did you have a visa?

If you had a visa and were inspected and admitted to the USA, then, yes, you should be able to adjust status (if your husband is a USA citizen).

If, however, you came to USA illegally (without a visa), your situation is much more complicated, and you shall consult an immigration attorney BEFORE you file anything with the USCIS.

If you would like to schedule a consultation, our contact email address is Attorney [@] law-visa-usa.com

Probably you might be able to file for green card if you married a U.S. Citizen, if you entered USA legally and have no criminal records.

To determine in more details - please contact immigration attorney.
