Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

personal injury

one year ago i used hair dye with PPD in it and became sensitized. since that fateful day i have seen 6 different doctors because i have lost almost all of my hair, have constant itchy scalp and pain in my eyes and forehead. cortizone shots to my head provide minimal relief. PPD invades your cells and these cells adhere to skeletal muscles. when the cells split, more PPD is spread throughout the body. i cannot be near copiers (printers ink has PPD) touch rubber tires (same thing) or use any product with a ''zine'' on the end. bald spots come and go, so far i have had four in different areas, and my remaining hair is about 1'' long. apparently chemotherapy is my only option. the disclaimer on the box says to do a patch test (which i did) and not to get the hair dye on your skin. this seems pretty impossible since one puts the dye all over their head,

Re: personal injury

Sorry to hear about your ordeal. This is a case which involves product liability. If you have proof that you have purchased the product and medical records to substantiate your claim, you may have a good case for your injuries. We have handled similar types of cases and I will be happy to talk to you in confidence about it. If you want to discuss it with me over the weekend, feel free to e-mail me and I will contact you right away.
