Re: Fall at work just before leaving for a new Job

Since the accident happened at work, this is covered by your workers compensation insurance. Every employer is required by the government to have workers comp insurance. If they do not have it, then the government will pay you directly and sue them! You must file a workers comp claim in the state where the accident happened. This means that the forms have to go to the state where the accident happened. This can be done by mail. The workers comp insurance will cover all medical costs caused by the accident. You are welcome to a consultation at no charge at my offices at 42 west 44th st, ny,ny. Please call first for an appointment 646-591-5786.
