What can i do if someone that has a problem with me keeps checking my credit because that person works for a credit management company.

That's an abuse of the system, and probably illegal in your state. Report it to the state attorney general AND the person's employer, --repeated credit inquiries actually damage your credit rating.
In writing, by certified mail.
