Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Straight to the point, I am trying to make legal porn. I understand I have to keep up with laws of the custodian of records. When I meet a model, they need to sign for me to legally sell the footage, giving me the rights, plus I know I need photo ID. Where & what paperwork do I need? IDK where to get it, from what site may I print it from?
