Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child support

I live in the state of ohio,order to pay child support on 2

minor children.My ex-wife lost temporary custody of 2 minor

children to children services.The children are with family

members.Shouldnt my ex-wife be helping with support also?

If so would state the law for ohio

Re: Child support

If the child is with a third and not with mom or dad, then mom should be required to pay child support for her children. Contact the local CSEA to follow up.
