Statue of limitations/wrongful death

How long do I have after a death to file a wrongful death lawsuit in the state of Ohio? (Please help - it will be one year September 29th!)

The easy answer to your question is that you have 2 years from the deate of death. The answer may actually be more complicated depending on the cause of death. Was the death due to medical error or negligence? Was there an assault? Was there a car accient?
