Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania
I have rcvd a underage drinking charge. But I have not yet rcvd notification in the mail of the trial date from the District Magistrate. Check for pleading not guilty has been cashed through my acct, what do you feel I should do? Call the District Magistrate office? All other people that were in the car have rcvd notification already please advise. Thank You

You should contact an Attorney as soon as possible.
