we live in a mobile home park , we had a agreement verbal with the old park manger who passed away last week , now the new park manger is trying to evict us for a amount that we do not owe, how long is the notice to quit good for ? and since she is new mangement does she have to give new agreements out ,

She will have to show that you owe what she says you owe. Without anything in writing that's just not happening.

The notice to quit is a warning that if you don't pay by a time certain you will be down to the DJ.
