Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Can I bring my son abroad even if without the consent of his father?

I want to bring my son abroad with me, do I still have to get the permission of his father even if we are not married and he is no support to my son, the thing is he just allowed my son to used his surname and that's it, and he is not doing his role or obligation to my son, anyway I am not asking him to do his part because I don't want him to take my son away from me if my son reached the age of 7, because the father of my son has a lived-in partner and he has 2 sons with her and he lives with them.

You can bring your son abroad even without the consent of his father. Being below 7 yrs old, you have the custody of the child. The father would only exercise limited visitorial rights.
