Legal Question in Family Law in South Dakota

is it binding

my girlfriend and i got into a fight at a hotel where i was staying for work. she took my keys to my work truck and left leaving me no way to get to work the next day. she then called back a little later saying that she would give me my keys back if i wrote a ''contract'' saying that i would never break up with her and that i would pay for everything that she wants or needs. i did so so that i wouldn't loose my job. she is pregnate and says that if i don't hold up to the contract that she will not allow me to see our child ever. can she do that. the contract was written in minnesota but we're from south dakota

Re: is it binding

It is not a binding contract for many reasons. Moreover, it would essentially constitute involuntary servitude.
