Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have a child that cps took

i want to know how i can get him back or have a family member take him he was takeing 3 days after he was born they say i have no chance of getting him or dose my family an i dont understand why i know his father was a sex offender but at that time i didnt know it has been 2yr. or so what can i do i go to court next month on 9th i want my kid i have my lil girl now an her father is wit me and we are doing fine

You need a lawyer immediately to assist you. When CPS takes a child, it is becomes a complicated governmental nightmare. If you do not have further information (why not?) then an attorney can get that information, as well as advise you on the proactive steps you need to take.
