Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

trip permission

I want to take my two children on a vacation (cruise) to another country. I have sole conservatorship but my ex-husband will not sign an affidavit granting permission. We have passports. Do I have to have something signed and notorized by him?

Re: trip permission

You need his signature to get the passports, but since you already have them, you don't need his permission for anything else. Bon Voyage.
