Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Contingency Lawyers

I signed a contingency agreement but have not heard or seen the attorney. Received call from his assistant advising me to come in to answer questions regarding the accident without prepping. Told him that I need prep and fired him. He is maintaining an interest in the case. Any suggestions?

You may wish to call the attorney back and try to work out your differences. If not, your new attorney (if you can find one) would have to work out the lien issue.
