Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My grandmother died 2 years ago and apparently she left me 1/4 of her her house. yesterday while i found out of this news one of the other owner asked me to sign off on a loan she wanted to take out against the house for her business. I don't know what to do? Can someone help out with some advice.
