Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

in 2004 my mother sold one acre of land in california to a man who got it of very little money. I lived in Texas as the time when I came down to california and went to her home their was a number of male hispanic living their my mother was still there and apparantly had dementia. I look her to the doctors, they made a diagnosis of demential and a number of other medical problems. Can i file a civil case on the basis of that and make these people pay for the fair value of her land.

If she did not have capacity to enter into the contract and you have a doctor that will testify to that, then you might have a case.
