Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

If a will says that asset will go and names two people and the two people are Deceased then the will says OR the SURVIVORS of THEM,

Example -Assets will go to my Brother and Mother, Mary and Bod OR the SURVIVORS of THEM.

If both Mother and Brother are DECEASED than who inherits the Assets.

Who is THEM? For the Mother (Mary)

Who is THEM? For the Brother (Bob)

Without looking at the will it might be difficut to determine, but if i the will says what a will typically says then likely to one or both of either they heirs at law or their descendants. Heirs at law will include spouses and descendants typically means linear descendants.
