child custody

I have sole and legal custody of my son,me and his father are not married.But i want my sister to have custody of my son for time being until i get my stuff together.I have no trust in his father,cause he he's not stable and he got anger issues.So i was wondering does he still have a say so to any of this?

If there is a court order involved with respect to custody, you must go back to court to seek modification of this order in order to make your sister a temporary third party custodian of your son and the boy's father would have an opportunity to be heard on the matter if he opposed it.

However, if there is no court order involved with respect to these matters, then you can proceed as you wish whether the father opposes it or not.
