Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

My exgirlfriend and I share custody of our daughter. By court order I through Child Support I have to have insurance on her through my company. All Dr bills, etc, not covered by insurance are split 50/50. I have a high deductible plan through humana-13000. The first 500 is covered by the company. An additional benefit through my company is a 105-HRA plan that covers 10000 or so after the initial 1000 out of pocket. It is reimbursed through my bank account. Is there anything that says I can't give her half of the gross bills, after insurance, and have her pay them without notifying her of the money I received through my additional benefit plan?
