The law firm of Baker & Baker dates back to 1948. George W. Baker was formerly a Judge of the Orphans Court(Probate Court) of Baltimore City, and the Deputy City Solicitor for Baltimore City. William P. Baker, in addition to his law practice, is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Univ. of Maryland School of Law, and a Civil Case Mediator for the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. He has written numerous books and articles on legal topics.
