Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

Divorce happened between me & wife 2 years before through court by khula. We have one daughter which is in the custody of her mother. Now after two years, my ex wife is planning to get my daughter share in property (inheritance property) from my mother�s house. Actually we own a double story house which is on the name of my mother. My mother is ALHAMDULLAH alive and she has not transferred to this house to any of us. Can my wife ask our daughter share from my mother�s house at this stage from court? I heard that if divorce did not happens, even she can not ask anything from my mother�s house (property) in inheritance. Is that true? She is saying that she will take a stay order from court (for not to sale that house). Can court issue a stay in that case?

if you mother had made a gift of any share in the property in her grand daughter's name than there is a case. otherwise there is absolutely no point of share arise. for details you can call me 0323 4638149,
