Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hello i sir i want know my in laws made false primary allegation i withdraw 5 laks rupees from my wife ATM card on different timings that time me and my wife contribute our money for house expenses now she live with her parents from past 4 months without my consent or any khula or divorce and now she demanding 5 lack rupees which i already discussed with you above she entitled for this allegation? 2nd question about court behave if i divorce my wife ( child/wife maintenance)or right now i am jobless and my father pension covers my house expenses.
