Sir, meri sister ka husband us ko rakhna chahta hai, lekan us k ghar wale kehte hain k tum apni bivi ko talaq du, tu 1 din meri sister k husband ne b keh diya k tum apne baap k ghar chali jao, kiya meri behan Naan o Nafqa lene ka case kar sakti hai jub k wo hmare ghar me rahe.

Dear brother husband of your sister is legally and shari bound to provide separate accommodation to her wife but he sent her to parents house then he must pay the maintenance .

So ifvhe refuse to pay then your sister entitled for filling maintenance suit in family courts.
