Hi my name is Sonali, my father expired on duty on 2009, He was working in irrigation dept. under Zilla Parishad at Yavatmal (M.s.), My documents already sent for further process & my waiting no is 43, My guardians are searching ward for my Marriage,Please help to get answer of following.

1) Expected how much time require to get service?

2) After marriage still i applicable for service??

3) What to do for conformation?

you may check with irrigation dept. and they can answer your queries or you may file an RTI.

Dear Sonali,

1. Since your father passed away while on duty, your family is entitled to get ex-gratia relief and pension / compensatory employment from the Yavatmal Zilla Parishad Adhikari Sanshodhan Sanghatana. Your documents will be processed and completed by 31.07.2013.

2. If you are the only surviving legal heir, the eligibility for pension will continue till the date of your marriage, and will cease thereafter.

3. You should regularly (every week) follow-up on the status of your application with the Zilla Parishad authorities.
