Legal Question in Employment Law in India
sir, I am a doctor working in a govt hospital in Assam. we have 3 doctors. it's a 24 hour hospital. but our incharge forces to do all the emergency duties and the inchoate herself comes in the morning opd time that is too casually. what should I do now ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should request the Dean of the hospital to organize a proper duty roaster in rotation for all the doctors in the hospital.
