Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Is there a national standard for different state visitation?

I have primary placement, I understand that my ex would need to agree in order for me to obtain a judgement allowing me to move out of state to Florida or California, is there a standard of visiation that would apply, what should I expect my responsibility to be in regard to my child's visitation, in terms of time and expense?

Each situation is different based on the individual circumstances. There is no national standard. You need to meet with an attorney in your area.
