Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama

Hostile Work Environment,Unpaid Accident,Loss Of Promotion

I twisted my knee at work. The managers were notified and they asked if i needed to go to the doctor.I told them that I felt it was just sore and that Ide be ok.It continued to bother me and 2 days later I told my boss I planned on going to the doctor. He simply said ok.No accident report was ever filled out.I went to the doctor the foloowing day and was told I probably tore my mcl and needed to do light duty for at least a week then follow up.I took my note in and was put on light duty .Over the next week I was given duties that forced me to kneel, climb, stand for long periods, climb, and lift things. All of which was strictly prohibited by the doctor.A week later I went back to the doctor and he could tell that I had been overexerting it.He wrote another note for 2 more weeks and I went back to work.I paid all expenses out of pocket.Next I had an employee and manager have a sexual interaction in front of me and the Hr director. The manager commented on the girls breast and dared her to pull it out.She pulled out her boob and put it in the managers mouth.Ive reported it and no one has been disciplined and both people are still working.I received a promotion to that dept. but feel uncomfortable to work around them. What should I do now?

I need more information about the events. It would appear that you may have (1)a workers comp claim and (2) a sexual harassment claim for hostile environment.
