While you are injured an off of work, you are entitled to Temporary Total Disability of 2/3 of your average weekly wage. Once the doctors or vocational experts determine your disability and impairment ratings, you are entitled to one of two calculations:

1) 2/3 of your average weekly wage times your disability rating, if it is less than 100%, subject to a $220.00 maximum weekly amount times 300 weeks (less any TTD paid).

2) If your disability is 100%, 2/3 of your average weekly wage subject to the permanent total maximum of about $580.00/week for the rest of your life.
