Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

I live in AZ and recently resigned at a company where I was employed for two and a half years. I resigned due to what I feel was ongoing verbal harrassment and a hostile work environment caused by a supervisor and director in the department. I had spoken to upper management and human resources about the matter, but was not provided assistance. Would I have any legal case in this matter? Thank you...

You have not provided enough information to evaluate whether you have a case or not. Sometimes when you are forced to resign because of hostility in the workplace you may be eligible for unemployment benefits and there may other remedies. To enable us to determine your rights, I suggest that you call Stephanie Coulter of this office at 602 462 1004 and have her make arrangements for you to discuss this matter with Rosval Patterson of this office.
