Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona
I work at this company where the owner yells at me using bad language , i recently made a mistake which i was not aware of the proper way to do it, and he insult me and told me i was to lose my job next time. He made me tampered to some legal papers. I dont like the environment but i cant afford to lose my job at the moment.

Without knowing what the legal papers were, I cannot comment on that. You have choices... you can work for an abusive boss, who curses at you and beats you over the head when you make a mistake... or you can find another job. The law does not say that an employer has to have effective communications skills. I wish I could tell you that the law protects you in situations like this, but unless you have some written policy prohibiting the conduct of your boss... or a union agreement, you are unprotected.
