Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

How do I counter offer myself?

I am representing myself in auto accident claim. Other parties insurance comapny accepting full responsibility (their client was cited at scene). Their first offer is $11,500. My med bills and wages lost totaled about 7K. I would accept 13-14. How do I counter, what exactly do I say ? Impact was severe (car was a total loss), 2.5months of Physical therapy (2-3) times weekly, Please advise best you can based on this or contact by email. Thanks

Re: How do I counter offer myself?

You don't.

Insurance will offer you little to rid them of you.

You get one shot at resolving your accident and I hope you do not have another accident.
