Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Deposition: No Show

Twice now the dependents in a personal injury accident suit have not appeared on set dates for depositions. What can i do as someone who appears each time and has to rearrange his work and life albeit for only a few hours, but still miss out on work and more importantly wages i could be earning.
