Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Deposition help...

In June 2005 I tripped and fell in my apartment complex because the exterior corridor lights were off and i mis stepped from walkway to gravel and tripped on the concrete lip. I usually wouldn't fall but i had no lighting and even though i have made that walk 100 times, i still managed to trip. My deposition is finally coming up after 2.5 years and I can't for the life of me remember who I informed and exact order of events. Am i ok saying ''i dont recall'' or does that hurt my case?

Re: Deposition help...

Your deposition is one of the most crucial parts of the lawsuit, and you should be well prepared. What you are asking here would require a very lengthy response without the benefit of all the facts of your case. Speak with your attorney about this issue.

Be truthful in your deposition. Review the facts beforehand. Have your attorney help you.

Good luck.
