Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My parents are both deceased. They left me all their property in their will. How do I go about changing the title to the house and take full ownership. The property is paid for and the taxes are current.

You must probate the estate of your parents, either formal, informal or by affidavit if the estate is small enough. You can get information at the Self Service Center of the Superior Court and try to do it yourself, or you can hire an attorney. It is not a long or expensive process, and you will probably find legal counsel is of great benefit.
