Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My grandfather had passed away a year ago. And now my grandmother had came very close to death herself that was put in a home by my uncle to recover while in the home she kind of lost your mind show now my uncle is living in her home spending her money and driving her vehicles is there anyway that I can put a stop to this being there granddaughters I am the only family member with her last name because they had adopted me when I was younger.

You can petition the probate court for appointment as your grandmother's Guardian and Conservator, and thereby protect her both personally as well as financially. If your uncle has no legal authority to act, then you can make a criminal complaint to the police for elder abuse and financial exploitation. You should take action immediately. You can also complain to Adult Protective Services.
