how much time does a school vice priniable have to report child abuse is six days to long ?

and can she tell the teacher of that child which is in the 2nd grade ?

Six days is too long.

Penal Code section 11166 says a telephonic report should be made "immediately" and shall be followed up with a written report within 36 hours maximum. There is criminal liability for failure of a "mandated reporter" to make a timely report.

This is all covered in detail in the "Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act," sections 11164 to 11174.3 of the Penal Code.
