Your letter isn't going to do squat. Don't write it. Find a lawyer who does mold cases and hire that lawyer. Seek medical attention as needed.

If this is just a case of property damage due to the mold, you should ask to speak to a supervisor. It may not clear things up, but ask them to put their denial in writing. You could then file a complaint with the Department of Insurance at www.insurance.ca.gov If that still does not resolve it for you, you need to find a bad faith attorney and have them review your case.

If you are sick from the mold, then you may need to speak to an attorney who handles mold claims. But, you should still get a denial letter with a written explanation of the denial.
